Hello Caregivers, 

It’s nice to see the sun staying out a little longer in the afternoons as we wrap up another full week of school.

Our high school students completed their midterms this week. Please remind your high school student to make up any missing assignments before the end of the first semester, as this will help support their grades.

Our first and second grade students completed MAP testing, and our middle school students enjoyed a hiking trip this week.

Looking ahead, there will be no school on Monday, January 16, 2026. SES will resume its typical schedule on Tuesday, January 17, 2026.

We will also be going on our annual Museum of Science field trip on Friday, January 23, 2026. In addition, we will be hosting our Provider Night on January 29, 2026. More information about this event will be shared shortly.

Please note that SES will have a half day of school on Wednesday, January 28, 2026.
